What does the Russian Gulch State Park picnic area look like?

Just north of the village of Mendocino, you’ll find the Russian Gulch State Park, with three different venues for special events. These images are featuring the Day Use Picnic Area.

Entrance from the parking lot, picnic tables at the top of the hill, and first glimpse of the bridge:

The entire grass area is wide open to the sky; the southern most corner is where you can duck away in to trees, or follow a path along the brim of the coastline:
